Any Graduate -(MBA in HR is and added advantage)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Participate in development of HR objectives systems, metrics, queries, reports for company requirements. Handle all administrative tasks for on boarding, off boarding, human resources information systems (HRIS) management and audits for accuracy and compliance
- Conducting Background Verification Check with vendors
- Manage employees' grievances and maintain MIS trackers
- Data Management, preparation and presentation of interactive dashboards and reports
Skills Required :
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- A strong inclination to work with technology.
- Good communication and Email drafting skills.
- Expertise in Excel and Power Point Presentation making.
- Bachelor's degree in any field & MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
