Responsibilities for this position include :
- Partnering with the existing sourcing, recruiting, and recruiting operations teams, the broader HR team, and senior leaders to understand, refine, and communicate a compelling vision for Talent Acquisition at the company, set of concrete initiatives and metrics to realize it.
- Project/Process Management
- Provide guidance and support for developing and implementing cost effective recruiting strategies
- Strong exp of full-cycle recruiting and experience leading and managing a team of recruiters.
