Job Responsibilities:-
Leading end-to-end responsibility to delivery on Talent Acquisition requirements across the organization. Developing metrics that can be used to track and monitor progress against headcount budgets and on-boarding plans and achieving on diversity plans.
1. Workforce Planning :
a. Leading workforce planning across India
b. Manpower Planning & Productivity Analysis
c. Partner with Business Stakeholders to develop TA strategy and processes in line with the HR Objectives.
2. Talent Strategy: Driving Talent Acquisition Strategies and alignment of Talent Strategy with business strategy
3. Team Management: Workflow management and team management to fulfill daily hiring deliverables
