As the Head of Talent Acquisition taking your career to new heights. As a key player in the organization, you will lead our recruitment efforts, driving strategies to attract top technology talent, build exceptional teams, and optimize costs.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  
  

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top technology talent, while optimizing costs.

  
  

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic talent solutions, meeting the monthly manpower requirement.

  
  

• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment efforts, adding value to the process.

  
  

• Utilize data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and outcomes.

  
  

• Work on HR automated tools to drive continuous improvement, bring in changes and optimize the user experience.

  
  

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 18 to 20 years of proven experience in leading talent acquisition functions, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with hands-on experience in technology hiring.

  
  

• Proven experience in hiring volumes in technology space

  
  

• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on cost optimization.

  
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  
  

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging technology and data analytics to drive recruitment outcomes.

  
  

• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

  
  

• Experience from IT services industries are preferred who are immediate joiners.

  
  

• Work Location : Chennai & Work from office model.
