Job Profile:
1. Running the operations of the production firm namely it’s Production, Post Production and Studios verticals.
2. Being responsible for the seamless operations of all 21 edit studios across 3 different facilities.
3. Confidently interfacing with Post Production teams of clients – which range from Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Dharma / Dharmatics, Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd, Tiger Baby Films, Salman Khan Films, Freemantle Ltd, Times Group and the like.
4. Being able to trouble-shoot admin issues and oversee Office Staff duty rotas, morale and attendance.
5. Being able to run a Post Production team on project deliveries
6. Being able to actively bring new clients into the studios would be a _definite bonus_
