Role: Sales Head
Exp: 1+ years with minimum 3 years of team handling experience

Division: Orthopaedics & Gynaecology segment
Area Coverage: PAN India Operations
Team Handling role.
*Note: Gynae and Ortho experience is preferrable from Pharmaceutical Industry, also open for other super speciality segments. *
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business achievement for respective therapy area to achieve budget through team for the PAN India Level.
- Manage external customers to ensure business development through support, generally aiming at developing and implementing business growth opportunities.
- Control & monitor team performance towards compliance and ethical working by engaging the team and tracking their performance.
- Plan, monitor, and review team performance and align their individual objectives with the organization’s objectives to raise the overall performance as per their expectation.
- Supervision & implementation of on-ground sales and marketing programmes for assigned territory and lead sales execution across the territory.
- Monitoring and Tracking team budget.
- Target achievement through planning & execution of sales promotion activities at target customers within the assigned territory.
- Develop strong working relationship with distributors, manage distributors for achievement of sales priorities for the region.
