Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi for a Head of Sales - Home furnishings ( Window Blinds & Curtain Fabrics) The Head of Sales - Home Furnishings will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving sales growth for the Home Furnishings division. The Head of Sales will also help research customer needs, analyze market trends, and work with product development and marketing to create and execute comprehensive sales strategies. Looking particularly from Home Furnishings only
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in sales, with 5+ years as a sales leader or manager
Prior experience leading and managing a sales team
Strong analytical and strategic. thinking skills
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and team management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Knowledge of the Home Furnishings industry is a plus
Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining customer relationships
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment,
