General Manager Project Sales Head

Designation: General Manager - Project Sales (Pan India role)
Qualifications: B.E. + MBA with ~10 to 15 +years of experience in Project Sales (preferably TMT / Steel Industry)
Base Location: Mumbai
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- End to end P&L responsibility for Project Sales - Private Brands (TMT Bars to start with).
- Sales Planning & Funnel Management to achieve monthly / quarterly / yearly targets of volumes / revenue.
- Coordinate with the regional Project Sales managers to achieve revenue targets as per the business plan.
- Coordinate with the sales & marketing team and the operations team for source approval for supplying to projects.
- Formulate pricing strategy / decisions for supplying to projects across the geography.
- MOU - formulation, negotiation and execution with customers for volume targets.
- Identify new opportunities / accounts for supplying materials and increase the products' presence across B2B customers
- Coordinate with the marketing team for developing & deploying B2B focused marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with the regional operations / QA-QC team to resolve customer complaints (if any).
- Coordinate with the finance team to resolve any payment related issues.
- Influencer Management
