- Acquisition of new customers in consultation with the VP - India and Sales Team
- Supporting Sales in the maintenance and further development of key accounts through continuous coordination and development of the interfaces between Operations and Sales
- Ensuring quick and smooth processing of customer complaints, analysis to avoid complaints
- Monitoring and continuous improvement of KPI's of operational controlling
- Ensuring and maintaining the interface with Sales
- Preparation of the budget and ensuring compliance with the budget for the area of responsibility
- Analysis, optimization and documentation of existing administrative and operational processes

- At least 15 years of experience in freight forwarding
- Strong problem-solving techniques and organizational skills
- Experience in leading operations, sales and negotiation meetings
