Hiring for the role of General Manager- IT Operation for one of my reputed client based out at Hyderabad.

Experience Required : 20+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop IT strategic plans, policies, Lead Hardware/Software/Networking services, IT security and change management to achieve business objectives.

Responsible of End to End IT Services and SLA’s with the define availability of the critical systems

Planning, Budgeting & Execution of Opex, Capex and other IT projects.

Responsible for AOP preparation with strategic initiatives – Capex & Opex

Review and implement best IT policies and procedures for the maintenance.

Ensuring the  IT inventory and critical spares for high availability systems.

Ensuring the updated version of tools and monitoring of the IT Infra and applications

Ensure the proper governance to handle the delivery of IT services by :

• • Resolution of all incidents in accordance with the Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage the Corrective Action Report process to ensure reports are compiled for all qualifying major incidents.
  • Identify continuous service improvements within IT and track these through to completion within a continuous service improvement register
  • Handle all escalated issues when team members are in risk of SLA failure by having good understanding of IT infrastructure: data center, facilities, servers, storage, databases, middleware, business applications, operational processes, procedures and integration.
  • Ensuring the Preventative maintenance of all the Sub-systems in co-ordination with OEM’s
  • Ensuring and following of ITIL frame work
  • Develop the SOP’s for all the Sub-systems
  • Responsible for IT BCP to meet the compliance and business continuity

Ability to handle and execute the new technologies / applications / solutions for the business requirements

Ability to manage all the Refresh of IT systems with upgrades and latest technologies

To motivate and direct team by Employee engagement, Competency mapping , facilitating trainings
