Job Description:
We are seeking a Retailer Experience and Operations Lead to oversee the onboarding experience of new retailers and ensure their ongoing success on our platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of retailer onboarding, catalog management, and implementing strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new retailers, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform and effective integration with our systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a robust catalog management system, utilizing automation and lean methodologies to optimize the cataloging process.
- Monitor and analyze retailer success metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the overall Retailer Experience and success rate.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retailers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction and success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customer success metrics and KPIs, measuring the effectiveness of operations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations and customer success, incorporating new insights and innovations into our processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of proven experience in retail operations, catalog management, and customer success roles within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of lean methodologies and automation techniques, with a track record of implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making and optimize processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with retailers.
