The Lead/AM- Partner Program Operations role will play a critical role in supporting our Partner team by managing Partner Program processes, analyzing data, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to drive Partner Program effectiveness. This position will report into the Global VP of Alliances & Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Program Process Management:

  • Coordinate and facilitate Partner Program processes from lead generation to Partner Resale order fulfillment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of Partner orders and contracts.
  • Collaborate with Partner Business Development Team to address inquiries and resolve issues related to Partner Program operations.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to manage all backend related to Partner marketing functions such as Partner Portal Management, reporting and metrics and support general Partner marketing activities as needed.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Compile, analyze, and interpret Partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on Partner performance metrics, including pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize Partner strategies and maximize revenue.

GEP Partner Portal and Microsoft Partner Portal Management:

  • Oversee the Partner Portals to include data entry of all GEP Sales and closed deals in Microsoft Partner Center system, Maintain GEP Partner Portal including Partner content, user creation and all reporting to maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and Partner activities.
  • Maintain the Microsoft Marketplace listings and the lead generation template and process.
  • Assist with the regular updates to the Partner & Alliances SharePoint.
  • Train GEP Partners on how to register leads in the Partner Portal and assign user access and controls.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Partner Support:

  • Assist Partner team with administrative tasks, such as preparing Partner presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Help coordinate logistics for Partner meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Serve as a liaison between Partner, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with Partners and solution design team or with Product Management to drive Partner Sandbox and training / certification adoption on the latest GEP platforms.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize Partner processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement and maintain standardized procedures and documentation for Partner operations.
  • Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in Partner operations, Partner support, or similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, data management and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multitask effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
