JOB DESCRIPTION :
Position – Hospitality Segment Leader, Gr India
Location – Mumbai/ Gurgaon
Job Description :
·Achieve market leadership in targeted segment and targeted account
·Drive Segment & Account growth and SE market share through focus on
a)One SE portfolio b) clear strategies in digitization and sustainability with 3S at core c) account management-Through KAMs & various Sales engines
·Generate and ownership of qualified opportunity pipeline in accordance to growth ambition
·Ensure C Level connect with customers and associated bodies, lead strategic initiatives to nurture relations with clear business agenda
·Define appropriate execution model and closely align with ecosystem for execution that consists of contractors, panel builders and system integrators
·Generate preference across various sales engines for the segment, detailed planning with concerned sales engine, prescription and projects teams; Closely network with VCPs (EPC, Panel Builders, Distributors, SI) to create preferences
Qualifications :
- Education : BE with MBA in Marketing
- 15 + years of relevant experience, Exposure to Building projects (preferably Hotel building projects), working with various VCPs like developers, PMCs, operators, consultants
- Experience at country-level marketing/ sales role, preferable 6-7years in building vertical
- Deep knowledge in account management and experience of handling large customer with multiple projects spread across country, handling large number of customer stakeholders
- Ability to operate in “influence without authority” environment, ability to build consensus and align priority across a diverse set of internal stakeholders. Experience of working with matrix organization with strong Influential leadership skills, collaboration and team work
- Ability to articulate business strategy and detailed plan to key internal customers (BUVPs/IMT) and drive action plan with stakeholders within the organisation
- Should be able to develop and maintain strong business relationship with relevant stakeholders and C-level of customers
