- Partner in the performance appraisal process and continue building a culture that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout the employee life cycle.
- Partnering with business stakeholders and guiding them with HR-related interventions. Be responsible to educate, train, monitor, problem solve and ensure HR policies are followed by all.
- Bridge management and employee relations with real-time pulse checks.
- Initiating employee engagement activities to motivate and retain people thereby fostering a positive work culture.
- Report to management and provide decision support through various HR metrics.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven working experience as an HR manager with 7+ years of experience in end - to - end HR management activities including Payroll, automation and reporting.
- Graduation/Post graduation degree in HR or a related field is a must.
- Self - motivated, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills are required.
- Clear evidence of strong work ethics, ambition and resilience.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across all levels.
- Experience working in a startup experience will be an added advantage but it isn't mandatory.
