Senior Manager - Human Resources
Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of employee value proposition for DFPCL to attract, retain, and develop the best employees within DFPCL.
- Implement talent management programs like employee potential assessment, talent box mapping and succession planning.
- Driving agreed individual developmental interventions for identified Top Talent within defined time period with clearly defined measure of performances.
- Implement action plans derived from employee engagement action planning for successful closures
- Responsible to drive employee communication forums such as CMD Townhalls, employee Newsletter.
