Senior Manager - Human Resource
Responsibilities:
- Support in developing HR strategy in alignment with the company's strategic and business goals.
- Conduct external research to leverage best practice in area of HR.
- Initiate the discussions with Functional Heads in consultation with OD Head to understand the Organization structures and its impacts.
- Evaluate current state organization through internal diagnosis, sectoral inputs, & external research for potential improvement
- Responsible for developing the org structure and design role as per sector specific people and business strategy
- Identifies Human Resources requirements to staff the organization and provide for the necessary skills and competency base to successfully realize the business plans.
- Conduct deep dive process study, technology requirements and process simplification mechanisms to identify areas of improvement for manpower productivity.
