Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire recruitment cycle/process to enable the selection of quality Sales talent for open positions
- Manage the recruitment efficiency project and ensure closures within defined TAT
- Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experience.
- Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements.
- Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholders
Qualifications/Education Required:
- Essential:1+ years experience in Talent Acquisition
- MBA (tier 1/2 colleges preferred)
