The position of Commercial/Finance Controller (number 2 in F&A function). The position reports to CFO & MD.KRAs for the position include:
- Assist in strategic Business planning
- Financial & Management Reporting,
- Risk Management, Budget Formulation & Controls,
- Corporate Governance, Statutory & Internal Audits
- Balance Sheets; Profit & Loss Accounts, Asset Management
- Direct/Indirect Taxation
- Cash Flow Management, Working Capital Management,
- Treasury & Banking Operations,
- Corporate Finance and Fund raising,
- MIS and analytics
- All Compliances etc.
