Job Description-
- Assist users with problems and provide resolution to issues independently.
- Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization.
- Experience in working in IT production support system
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO.
- Minimum of 3 years SAP experience supporting General Ledger plus 3 or more of the following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System
