LEAD COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION

Location: Barnala/ Ludhiana/Budni

PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF YOUR ROLE

1. Legal (Non-Litigation):

Provide legal opinions and advisory services on various legal matters.

Draft and vet documents, including contracts, agreements, notices, and other legal documents.

Maintain a repository of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

Contribute to negotiations involving key contract terms, conditions, and pricing.

2. Compliance:

Ensure that all corporate processes and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Ensure that company operations adhere to internal standards.

Experience in handling Drafting of contract for internal and external stakeholder, Sec 138, Arbitration Proceedings, Award Execution.

Understanding of compliance framework under various RBI regulations for multi-products

Drafting agreements (Internal & external stakeholders) related to customer loans, partnership transactions, agreements, etc.

Drafting, reviewing, completing, and filing legal paperwork related to business operations.

From a Compliance point of view, the person will be responsible for ensuring that all corporate processes and procedures comply with the law and that company operations comply with internal standards too.

Ensures that the company stays abreast of regulatory standards and fulfills the role of an inhouse expert, keeping an eye on all developments and ensuring that compliance processes are fully implemented.

Provides legal advice to business owners on issues that affect businesses, such as taxation.

3.Functional & Divisional Support:

Ensure the company's operations comply with legal requirements.

Develop checklists and quality controls for regulatory and statutory inspections and audits.

Assist in evaluating the adequacy of procedures and risk assessment and management for various business transactions.

4. Legal (Litigation):

Provide assistance in all aspects of litigation management, including legal research, factual investigation, documents preparation, document management, and trial preparation.

Act as a liaison between the company, company counsel, opposing counsel, vendors, and witnesses.

Prepare and maintain track records of legal matters.
