AddressKey responsibilities :-
- Drive the overall company budget allocation, financial planning, and fund management.
- Drive the financial planning of the company by continuously analyzing its performance and risks.
- Drive the detailed MIS and financial reporting of the company to the board and investors.
- Work with other business leaders to build the financial strategy and metrics for other cost centers of the company.
- Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance teams (management accountants, internal auditors, etc.).
- Develop and conduct due diligence on the strategy for fundraising and manage relationships with partners and investors.
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Ensure adherence to all financial and statutory compliance according to financial laws and guidelines.
Required Qualifications:-

Apart from the above, the following are the skills / experiences that would be helpful.
- CA with 6-10 years' experience
- Previous finance experience in an established company
- Ability to define clear measurable guidelines for cost centers looking at the overall strategy of the company
- Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills
- Great presentation skills
- Proven experience of driving the finance function in the past
- Excellent excel reporting capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Experience in MIS reporting and improving the internal financial processes
