- Inspire the organization to become faster, more agile and consumer obsessed.
- Drive the strategy for strengthening Brand Advocacy through effective range management, marketing activation and retail activation to improve consumer experience at all points-of-sale (Retail, Franchise, e-commerce, Wholesale) and drive Net Promoter Score.
- Provide a clear vision and direction to brand team, measuring and effectively performance managing team against MYBEST objectives and department Key Performance Indicators
- Drive India's Strategic Business Plan to ensure alignment between concept-to-consumer strategies and financial targets.
- Drive implementation of concept-to-consumer plans by Business Unit, including account plans by Category.
- Manage the range selection process based on Emerging Markets recommended range/ packages in coordination with the Emerging Markets Business Unit leads and lead range segmentation and support channel segmentation initiatives in partnership with the channel teams.
- Drive performance marketing for own eCom channel
- Provide timely and comprehensive market input (consumers, competitors, channels, pricing...) to Emerging Markets Business Unit and Concept-to-Consumer teams to support development of the Emerging Markets Business Unit strategy incl. Brand Collection and EMMR range, key concepts, and activation calendar.

- Expert understanding of Indian market's consumers, accounts, economic environment, and commercial needs.
- 15+ years of functional experience in merchandising/product, marketing, sales/retail/digital required, ideally in sporting goods, fashion or Consumer Goods industries
- Minimum of 5-7 years leadership experience
- MBA in Marketing from a top college
- Fluency in English
