Role Description
This role is for a full-time, on-site position as a Voice/Chat Process for the Night Shift in Chandigarh/Mohali. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support through voice and chat communication channels.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills in English [written and. verbal]
Graduate Experienced/Fresher. [Batch of 2024 (Graduation/post graduation) are NOT eligible, Graduation/post-graduation/ 3 year diploma must be completed and graduates of the year 2019/2020/2021/2022/2023 can apply]
Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts.

Salary- INR 2,66,000/- to 300,000/- [Immediate Joiners are preferred.]
