Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in the assigned territory. This is a full-time position based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Field Sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Field Sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to build and maintain relationships

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our products to potential customers in the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
• Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
• Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and expand network
