TA Lead
Required Experience: Minimum 10 years of prior work experience in recruitment, preferably in Finance/ HR/ SCM for global capability centers
Educational Qualification: MBA/ PGDM/ Master's degree
- Should have experience in managing hiring plan, recruitment protocol, and onboarding plan across verticals.
- Should have managed a team of 10-12 resources, also partner with external consultants /vendors /providers.

- Take charge of the whole hiring process, using your skills to find and secure the very best talent out there.
