AddressTA Lead
Required Experience: Minimum 10 years of prior work experience in recruitment, preferably in Finance/ HR/ SCM for global capability centers
Educational Qualification: MBA/ PGDM/ Master's degree
- Should have experience in managing hiring plan, recruitment protocol, and onboarding plan across verticals.
- Should have managed a team of 10-12 resources, also partner with external consultants /vendors /providers.
Strategic Talent Visionary:
- Come up with and put into action smart plans to find top-notch professionals for different jobs.
- Take charge of the whole hiring process, using your skills to find and secure the very best talent out there.
Exceptional Candidate Experience:
- Make sure everyone who wants to work with us has an awesome experience, making us look great.
- Work closely with our hiring managers to understand what they need and make sure the people we choose are a perfect match for the job.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and take care of our super talented hiring team, guiding, mentoring, and creating a great work environment.
- Work closely with other teams to make sure our hiring plans fit in with what our whole company is trying to achieve.
Stakeholder Management :
- Build and keep strong relationships with our internal partners, like hiring managers and department heads.
- Understand what each part of our company needs in terms of talent, making sure everyone is on the same page.
