Key Roles And Responsibilities:
- Creation and execution of growth focused demand generation strategies aligned to the commercial needs of the business.
- Delivering all elements of the marketing plans and strategy within deadlines and budget.
- Developing and managing regional marketing plans and executing all demand generation initiatives and channel marketing activities.
- Building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Seamlessly ensuring regular updates and reports to senior leadership - sales and marketing.
- Planning and executing product launches, customer/partner events and tradeshows and other BTL activities.
- Developing and expanding the quality and coverage of contact databases for sales
- Manage the production of the marketing communication materials and sales enablement tools. Partner with the digital marketing COE to manage and support all digital campaigns (SEO/SEM and Social) for the region.
- Analyze sales numbers and customer behavior / market trends - evaluate data to
optimize success and interpret results and figures to improve performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA Degree or equivalent in Marketing.
- 8+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Highly organized and self-driven, excelling in both communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, marked by assertiveness, agility, a positive outlook, and sharp business insight.
- Detail-oriented and structured, with a proactive and innovative approach to driving sustainable growth.
- Proficient in English, offering fluent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Travel: up to 30 - 40%
