Sales & Business Development Manager


- Represent Docplexus by being a seasoned business and marketing consultant + a digital expert+ a strategist to our industry partners - that includes Pharmaceuticals, Medical devices,Diagnostics and Medtech businesses across India and international markets. Bring in your A-game, all the way!
- Understand brand and business gaps of our potential and existing industry partners via probing and secondary research with an aim to pitch Docplexus offerings and expertise, with clear KPIs for mutual success. Tools like need-gap analysis, SWOT, portfolio optimization and RCA, etc., will be important. Thus, concepts - application, but with an added sales vigor!
- Build and scale offerings along with internal teams, thus leveraging VOC and aiding new product development. Thus, support internal R&D!
- Consulting multinational healthcare companies with marketing, digital and KPI-driven strategies around their businesses after scrupulous deep-dive into their clinic-marketing objectives, analyzing market trends and leveraging Docplexus expertise. You are the lead!
- Translating these digital / marketing strategies into compelling storylines that address the target audience, with clear lead conversion goals. Be an intuitive, empathetic, affable yet sharp communicator!
- Supervising the content marketing strategy creation and execution for your accounts by internal teams. Look for means to cross-sell, up-sell, retain, renew and improve yield per account!
- Structuring and measuring sales approaches, learning, improving and improvising on a regular basis to work as a team with other BD team members. United, truly!
- Set, track and meticulously achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, with ownership, accountability and an enterprising mindset to truly tap into the market potential for digital healthcare across all the accounts. Numbers and facts, in action!
- Effective funnel management across leads for business from all sources and driving higher sales conversions to support targeted revenues. Plan efficiently, analyze data!
- Effective Key Account Management by striving to ensure an affable and strategic rapport, high NPS and sustainably growing business with each account. Bring on your charm :)
- Unwavering commitment to discipline, building trust, adherence to compliance and quality. No compromises on ethics and integrity!
