AddressWe are currently hiring a pro in Marketing automation to handle entire CRM campaign on Adobe tools. Position is based in Gurugram for a candidate with experience in B2C of at least two years in Adobe campaign. Please find the detailed JD below

JD
1. Responsible for developing and executing end-to-end CRM strategies to convert new users to first order, and continually engage and retain them throughout their lifecycle
2. Leverage Marketing Automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that maximise customer retention and acquisition.
3. Manage creation and execution of email marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals for assigned work flows. Whilst always analysing the results of each.
4. Establish, report on, and improve KPIs for all campaigns / communications.
5. Create content and launch automated campaigns using our internal and external tools.
6. Manage promotion calendar and content for app notifications, emailers and newsletter and other 1-1 marketing channels
7. Work with agencies and vendor and build and maintain good relationships
Qualifications:
1. 2 years of experience in handling CRM for a marketing or a D2C organisation
2. Hands on experience and knowledge of SQL and using CRM tools such as clevertap, abobe
3. very strong analytics skills and ability to take out insights
4. Agile and be quick to change and adapt and has a bias for action
5. flexibility and will to proactively reach to other business areas, not to stay in specialized area, to resolve company issues
6. Be able to think creatively and problem solve
