Job Description:Supporting client with credit evaluation of its corporate borrowers; writing annual review reportsAnalysis of financial statements of companies and individuals for credit appraisal processDetailed Borrower Analysis - Includes Ability to make loan repayments, financial spreads of borrower and guarantor, Covenant testing, collateral valuationNormalizing the financial statements and arriving on the true profitability figuresSpreading the financial statements in a customized web based applicationWorking on assigning the Risk rating of PD and LGD to the Borrower, and detailed risk rating rationale write-upDetermination of guarantor support requirementDetermining the Ability to repay of the BorrowerDetailed rent roll analysis for revenue determinationAssigning the ‘Probability to Default’ and ‘Loan Given Default’ ratings to the Borrower Periodic update for monthly/quarterly/annual statementsStrong focus on Credit Appraisal and financial analysisQualifications:Post Graduate/ MBAAdditional InformationWill be accountable for regular deliverablesResponsible for delivering 100% quality to the clientBe able to maintain productivity, quality and meet short/strict deadline.Assist superiors in activities related to productivity improvement, quality initiatives, pilot processes etc.Work under high pressure and long hours; strong work ethics and positive attitude
