ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking a seasoned and motivated Human Resource professional to join our Corporate HR Operations team. The candidate will assume responsibility for overseeing the following core duties:
- Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Focusing on employee relations and conducting insightful exit interviews.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and industry best practices.
- Participating in and contributing to any upcoming initiatives in HR Operations
- Utilizing HRMS tools for data management and system optimization.
- Generating various employee letters and maintaining accurate records.
- Addressing employee queries related to HR operations promptly and effectively.
