Career Path
Initially, job responsibility would be to manage snail mail & video KYC related activities with regards to funnel tracking and vendor management.
This would be for all products across PayU Fin NBFC (details listed below).
Over course of 12-18 months’ time, larger role would be holding together the activities just after loan disbursal.
These include video KYC curing & NACH setup related processes and may extend to welcome calling as well.
From a long-term perspective, over 2-3 years, this role may scale towards process excellence in KYC and NACH processes.

Review alternate vendors for enhancement/BCP.
