AddressAssistant Manager / Manager Business Finance
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- The position should be capable to partners with business leadership to provide strategic guidance and analytic/decision making support for evaluating and prioritizing new business ideas, providing the leadership, management and vision to ensure that the organization has the necessary and appropriate financial direction, operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and information technology / systems to effectively and rapidly grow the business, while securing its financial strength and operating efficiency.
- Periodic Financials Reporting (Including Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Profit)
- Contribution Summary, Revenue pacing to meet Forecast or Plan numbers)
- Productivity metrics and measurements, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Metrics analysis
- Periodic Expense/Capex reporting and complete control over the same
- Publishing of Management Packs
- Periodic Variance Analysis & commentary
- The role has primary P&L responsibility (including leading the financial planning process) for the business and will need to partner with many internal teams (Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, Retail, FP&A, Accounting) in delivering the business objectives.
- Assist in key month end activities including interaction with the Controllers to provide oversight of completeness and accuracy of underlying management information
- Identify and drive process improvements in the financial processes
- Ad-hoc reporting for end users when required
Skills & Qualification Required:
- CA degree with at least 7-8 yrs exp
- Prior experience in managing Business Finance domain a must
- Advanced degree (MBA or Masters) or Chartered Accountant strongly preferred
- Industry experience in Co-Working/Co-Living space, Infrastructure companies, Service-related industries.
- Demonstrated experience of successfully driving complex projects.
