Job Description:
- To prepare MIS Reports, supporting schedules, Presentations and other Key Reports for top management and Business Teams for effective decision making.
- Design and implement robust processes for data collection ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial data in the MIS system for finance and accounts department.
- Collating, preparing and interpreting MIS reports like MIS- short, MIS- detailed, Monthly/Quarterly Projections, Daily MIS, Expense variances, Revenue Tracker etc, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements.
- Develop and maintain key financial reports and dashboards, including financial statements, budget vs. actual reports, and trend analyses.
- Preparation and presentation of financial analysis presentation for weekly/monthly/Quarterly leadership meeting.
- Support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the MIS function.
- Stay current on relevant accounting and financial reporting standards.
- To Co-ordinate with statutory auditors and have the timely completion of the limited reviews/ statutory audits.
- Preparation of Board, Audit Committee, and Investor presentations within the stipulated time and with highest level of accuracy.

- Monthly closing activities
- Represent the Finance department on cross-functional teams and committees.
Skills:
- Candidates with working experience of MS Dynamics, Axapta.
- Strong command over Microsoft Office and ERP system.
- Qualified CA is mandatory.
