Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Business Development for a reputed MNC Company in the Logistic Industry for Mumbai/Pune locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing an entrance strategy for cold calling qualifying and effectively connecting with prospective business partners.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets sales revenue targets and initiatives.
- Utilize internal tools to negotiate market freight rates for customers.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Maintain Consistently positive interaction to nurture customer relationships.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through till resolution.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team.
- Follow up and monitor customer outstanding payment
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Office
- Proficient in oral and written English communication
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and thrive in challenging situations
- Proactive, team player, and possess excellent coordination skills
