Openings in the department of Business development executives /Inside Sales:
Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Account Based Selling, Pipeline Building, New Business Development, Customer Acquisition. The role requires the desired candidate to report directly to the Director of Sales, the selected incumbent will be accountable for the Inside Sales Targets and will play an important role in the Go-To-Market plan and new client acquisition for multiple countries.
Must have a passion to grow and work closely with sales teams to generate discussions/opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Own & Manage Inside Sales process and be responsible for achieving lead generation quotas from assigned territories
Contribute to revenue targets by developing and standardizing Inside Sales process
Maintain and pursue a daily target of Outbound Calls, Email and follow-ups
Maintain Best Practices of CRM & other Sales tools.
Meet quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
Qualify the leads through quantifiable metrics and setup client meetings for further closure.
Do appropriate research for client mapping, use cases, database building.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.
