Job Summary:The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Demonstrating a keen understanding of market trends and brandmanagement skills. Developing and executing innovative brand strategies. Ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and channels. Driving initiatives to enhance brand equity. Applying a strategic mindset to brand management efforts. Establishing and maintaining a proven track record in successful brandmanagement.
Preferred Skills and abilities: Inviting application from candidates who:
1. Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Master's In Fashion degree is a plus.
2. Have an Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans toachieve organizational objectives.
3. Have Deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customerbehavior to inform strategic decisions.
4. Have Ability to conceptualize and develop innovative ideas and solutionsto. address business challenges and opportunities.
5. Have Proficiency in defining and executing strategies to position thebrand effectively in the market and differentiate it from competitors.
6. Have Capacity to gather and interpret consumer data and insights todrive marketing and product development strategies.
7. Have Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsto achieve shared goals and objectives.
Role Overview.
The position involve:
1) Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies in alignment withthe company's overall objectives.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumerpreferences.2) Brand Positioning:
Define and communicate the brand's unique value proposition andpositioning in the market
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistencyacross all channels.3) Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns to promotebrand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative and impactfulcampaigns.
4) Product Launches
: Coordinate and manage product launches, ensuring effectivecommunication and alignment with the brand image.
Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams for successfulproduct integration.
5) Brand Communication:
Craft compelling brand messaging and ensure consistent communicationacross various touchpoints
. Manage external communications, including press releases and mediainteractions.
6) Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regularreports and insights.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
7) Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing,sales, and retail, to ensure a unified brand experience
