Education MBA with Marketing background
- Experience (Range) Around 15 Years experience.
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills
- Creative, Strategic mind, understanding of product category
- Must have worked on Brand Promotion and Brand Communication,preferably in Tiles / Sanitaryware / Bathware / Paint Industries.
- Should have relevant experience in New product Launches, Managing Trade Events,
- Producing Product Catalogues and dealing with Creative Agencies
- Must have worked on Brand Management Teams, or Advertising or PR Firms.
- Good exposure to digital, print, and social media platforms
- Solid exposure to analysing market data and presenting suitable recommendations of Man emend.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Devise effective Brand strategies covering all brand elements such as Brand
- Awareness, Brand Visibility, Brand Creatives, Brand Pull, Brand Communication, Bran Image, Brand Value and Brand positioning..... In short: Translate Brand Elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Develop and implement Brand Promotional activities such as Architect Meet, Deale Meet, and Product Launches.
- Close co-ordination with Creative Agencies / PR Agencies, Prepare product Stories, and product briefs.
- To uncover consumer insights, to monitor marketing trends as well keep an eye On competitive companies in the market place
- TO prepare, implement and control marketing budget / TO prepare media plans
- To manage trade exhibitions (Domestic & International)
- TO conceptualize product display modules at showrooms.
- TO work With agencies to prepare product catalogue and Other point-of-purchase materials
- TO ensure effective sampling for product influencers, traders, project promoters. TO work on Digital Marketing / Social Media platforms.
