We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about Enterprise sales, consultative approach with tech capabilities and whose values align with Biocube to understand the prospect requirements, connect with their pain areas and accordingly suggest the solution.
- Data driven and persona based approach
- Should understand the entire enterprise buying process
- Has a track record of leading and driving improvements while constantly winning.
Commitment to over achievement -
- Is accountable - for own numbers (60% individual contribution min), funnel and for the team.
- Is a collaborator - Work with CS, onboarding, and Tech team.

1. Have analytical mindset and are great at articulating customer needs
2. Data driven and high reliance on systems/products we use.
3. Build and nurture sales partnerships in global markets
4. Support the business in cross functional processes from onboarding to expansion.

Important:

This role will mature to a Head of Enterprise sales role in 2 Years, with a responsibility to build own team gradually
Biocube is a 3 year old Startup with patented technology in Identity Verification space and in early stage with 3 product lines. Expected from the candidate to have sales experience in engaging Companies/Universities Colleges/ Schools and has led Sales target >INR 1 Cr/ Month
Biocube is still building and expect candidates who can work in unorganised and hustling environment, wants to grow faster in career
