Talent Acquisition Specialist
Brief:
- This role involves sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Will be supporting the TA Manager in implementing recruitment strategies, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Strong communication and a keen understanding of the company's culture and values are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract potential candidates
- Conduct initial resume screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet the basic qualifications for open positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact
- Negotiating salaries, closing the offer process, and coordinating with the onboarding team until the joining
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the career portal & applicant tracking system (ATS)
Candidate Profile:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition is a must
- Should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
