Job Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the organization's overall strategy.
- Strategize recruitment activities in order to ensure business requirements are fulfilled
- Drive the recruitment process by managing Time, cost and quality.
- Ensure Noiseless delivery working in collaboration across all team members within TA team
- Lead the team to deliver activities including sourcing interviewing, Selection & onboarding.
- Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends in order to recommend changes to the organization's recruitment and adapt existing recruitment activities to changing market conditions.
- Promotes equal opportunity employment by analyzing results of outreach efforts and modifying recruitment efforts based on those results.
- Build strong working relationship with key stakeholders and hiring manager especially on communication on hiring process to line manager including compliance and internal monitoring requirements related to staffing.
- Deliver to specified standards of candidate care/experience
- Ability to work on volume environment and able to manage multiple stake holders
- Manage team of recruiters.
We would like to speak to you, if you have -
- At least 15-20 years of recruitment experience, in technology recruitment experience preferred
- Familiar with end to end in-house recruitment process with adequate knowledge of India's Talent Landscape
- Experience of leading teams to deliver high quality outcomes
- Experience of leading large-scale change projects that build organizational capability, reduce complexity and cost.
- Extensive experience within fast-moving, complex and demanding environments where operational issues must be handled on a large scale, and with a need to multi-task and deal with ambiguity.
- Exposure to working in a highly complex organization within a matrixed structure and with multiple lines of authority, leveraging influence within a complex network of stakeholders.
- Experience of establishing and executing efficient and flexible operational processes that deliver customer requirements and the Recruitment agenda.
