Job Description:
Responsible for Institutional/ Project sales.
Develop long term strategies with key Architects and Specifiers to evolve loyal HRJ
customers.
Job responsibilities include prospecting for new clients by Networking, Cold Calling or other
means of generating interest from potential clients and convince the clients to do business
with company.
Identify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per
targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
Identifying & developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining
relationships with customers to achieve recurring/ referral business
Responsible for growing and retaining existing accounts by presenting new solutions and
service to clients.
Analyse business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales augment
turnover and achieve targets to ensure work in sync with the corporate laid parameters.
Monitor competitor activities; update on new launches, communication & other activities
and devise effective counter measures.
Candidate Profile:
Post Graduates in MBA (Marketing & Sales) Preferred
5 - 7 years in Business Development Role in Building Materials Industry
Ability in interpreting data and market on customers requirements and act accordingly to generate healthy margins on the sales
Ability to exchange information effectively through both Verbal & Non-Verbal and influencing them to listen and take action accordingly
Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization, Research and build relationships with new clients, Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals
