- Develop business in the states to achieve short and long term objectives along with planning and leading new business opportunities.
- Responsible for planning and driving sales revenue in designated channel/city or state.
- Identify, analyze and report all sales opportunities and forecasts for designated area.
- Efficient distribution and sales management by identifying opportunities for better distribution mechanism.

- Forecasting and budgeting the area-wise sales opportunities and costs.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing staff for brand building, signage and liaise with various agencies for trade marketing opportunities.
- Profiling, third party payroll management of merchandise, along with business generation.
- Initiating and coordinating BTL activation.
- Select, manage and direct team members to successfully and efficiently achieve assigned business objectives.
