Business Description :
Zonal Sales Manager – 811 Digital Sales (Position Based out of Delhi)
Job Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage CSM ASM and Channel for North & East Region.
- Lead 600+ AMDs 40+ RMs and 100+ M2 & above team members.
- Responsible for Zonal P&L
- Relationships with Kotak group companies staff for driving cross sell.
- Relationship management with Kotak Area Heads and Regional Heads of BB/Sales.
- Training and upskilling of staff.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience of leading channel sales & large sales team.
- High on energy drive focus – Execution oriented.
- Digital quotient , CRM exposure , Analytical bent of mind.
- High on interpersonal skills/Coaching and grooming
- Excellent communication.
