Responsibilities:
1. Formulate innovative strategies and processes to optimise sales and work closely with the top management.
2. Enable the sales team with strategies to convert sales and track their Key performance metrics to achieve their sales targets.
3. Process oriented with regular reporting to the top management and driving accountability throughout the sales team.
Qualifications:
1. 2+ years media sales or strategy experience.
2. Needs to have an excellent understanding of the OOH advertising industry and strong relations with media buyers, agencies, and brand managers.
3. Ability to interact & communicate the company's offerings effectively with senior management of various brands & agencies.
4. Ability to influence and motivate decision makers through out of the box thinking and sales frameworks.
5. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks based on business needs and grow business in a strategic manner.
