Job Description:
Job Purpose:
- The Vice PresidentSales & Marketing would be aligned to the vision & mission of the organization; provide the strategic leadership to boost significant growth in sales in a cost-conscious market as India and explore & build business opportunities in international markets.
- He would be an astute leader in identifying risks, define & implement Go-to-market strategy, market penetration and build achievable short-term and long-term growth roadmap for the business verticals. As a Team Leader, he would align his team towards organizational objectives, enforce viable action plans and ensure effective delegation for seamless deliverables to ensure customer satisfaction.
- With Company's plans to reach a Sales Revenue of INR 1000 Crores in a span of 5 years and its' first milestone of achieving revenues to INR 350 Crores by 2025-26, it is imperative for the incumbent to build on the lacunae of Company - "First-time right product quality", "ability to sell & market, channelize in-house competencies" and "building new marketing strategies to drive EBITDA"
Qualification:
- Graduate in Engineering; Postgraduate in Sales & Marketing (desirable)
- 20-25 years of relevant experience in techno-commercial leadership in the international and primarily the domestic markets, with prior demonstrated experience in OEM & Project Sales.
- Preferred Age Bracket: 45-50 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Custodian for "Leap Growth" strategy for Company
- Drive Sales Revenues and EBITDA
- Strategize & build on OEM Sales, expand distribution & SI network and build business segments with Government, Institutional and OEMs
- Build "Push & Pull Product strategy" to further build potential business opportunities and demand generation from the markets.
- Channelize team competencies and drive seamless execution of deliverables through effective delegation.
- Be a constant interface with the Board & key stakeholders on market dynamics and provide strategic leadership in identifying business SWOT, opportunities for growth as per R&D & manufacturing capabilities and organizational business objectives.
- Focus on New Product Development, Branding & Marketing initiatives to build Brand visibility across all verticals and the organization as a whole.
