Address Delivery and Stability –
• Develop, implement, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization's resilience in the face of disasters. • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to critical systems, data, and operations. • Collaborate with Centralised IT, security, and operations teams to establish recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs) for various systems and services. • Lead and participate in regular testing, drills, and exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of the disaster recovery plans. • Ensure that backup and recovery systems, data centers, and off-site facilities are maintained and capable of rapid recovery. • Establish and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for disaster recovery solutions. • Train and educate staff on disaster recovery and business continuity procedures. • Coordinate response and recovery efforts during actual disasters, including communication with senior management and relevant authorities. • Monitor emerging threats and technologies to adapt and improve the disaster recovery strategy. • Flawless and timely delivery of projects • Seamless migration of Production Systems to DR • Plan and execute un- announced Live Trading from DR site as per SEBI Circular • Plan Other Product External/Internal Mocks as per the need by Business Users and other Departments. • Work on seamless migration of ancillary systems • Work on improving RTO/RPO time as per SEBI’s new guidelines. • Oversee Day to Day production and guide team. • Up keeping DR site Infrastructure. Production & Enterprise available 24 x 7 • # of outages in a Production related Infra in a month/quarter/year • Any issues found during SOP are reported and addressed. • Issues resolution based on severity. • Compliance as per BCP / DR policy & procedures • Setting up any new UAT or Pre-Production environments & ancillary systems • Manage IT Operations from DR as a Backup strategy
