AddressVice President (VP) - Investment Banking
The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading and executing strategic financial transactions, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our Investment Banking practice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deal Execution:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and debt fund raising
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation to ensure the success of transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful deal closures.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Financial Services and Fintech sectors.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and financial expertise to clients.
- Identify opportunities for business development and expansion of client relationships.
3. Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Contribute to the professional development of team members through mentorship and training.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2. 8+ Years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on Financial Services and Fintech.
3. Proven track record of successfully executing complex financial transactions.
4. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
