Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies in alignment with company objectives
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Spearhead brand positioning efforts through innovative campaigns
- Devise tailored marketing strategies for existing and upcoming projects, leveraging unique selling propositions to amplify visibility and attract new patrons.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to harness distinctive offerings, crafting compelling marketing materials to maximize revenue streams .
- Support the planning and execution of integrated tactical .marketing campaigns across digital and social media to maximize revenue.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, revenue, operations, and finance teams to align marketing efforts with overarching business strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, leveraging consumer insights and competitive intelligence for informed decision-making. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, track performance against goals, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and drive ROI-focused marketing investments to maximize impact and drive business results.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with industry stakeholders, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and drive brand advocacy.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing, hospitality, and related industries, and leverage insights to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Marketing / Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate a compelling vision, influence stakeholders, and build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, marketing analytics, and performance measurement.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, innovative approach, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Knowledge of Digital and Social Marketing preferred.
