ABOUT THE JOB
At Electrolux Professional, we are looking for Technical Service Manager who would support us/our customers in managing technical issues related to Food equipments on day to basis.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS:
- Managing customers issues on priority
- Familiar with Commercial Food / Kitchen Equipments & Beverage Equipments, Installations Commissioning and Trouble Shooting
- Candidate should be Hands on – Ready to work on Machines independently
- Ability to understand circuit diagram & technical details of a machine
- Person should be fluent in English language, comfortable with mails & use of Microsoft Office Apps
- Good Team Player – ability to work with team together
- Capability of providing technical training to technicians , customers & dealers / partners
- Keen to grow service revenue through business revenue through generation of AMC , spare parts & consumable sales / service

REQUIRED COMPETENCES

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience
- Minimum Higher Secondary with Diploma in Engineering/B.Tech
