AddressLegal Manager
About the role: The manager will be involved in drafting contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and providing legal support to various departments and will also handle due diligence, negotiation of agreements, risk identification, and resolution of inter-departmental issues.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting LOI/ MOU/ property related / marketing / Food Law / FSSAI / Legal Metrology and IT and other contract.
- Providing legal support to all department.
- Comprehensive due diligence of all the upcoming Properties on various stages of the projects and discussion with clients on issues and its resolution
- Drafting and negotiation of all kinds of Agreements, Notices, Letters and other legal documents with client (Internal and External).
- Risk identification, analysis and mitigation.
- Resolution of inter department issues.
- New Software Implementation
- International assignments
- BOI approval
- NFC approval and follow ups
- Stamping and Registration of all the Leases and similar documents
Education & Experience:
- Law Graduate
- 6-10 years' experience in the Retail, Real Estate or IT industry
- Must be well versed, updated with current company law, law of contract, Intellectual Property Rights
Law, Arbitration Law.
- Strong legal search skill.
- Strong understanding of legal clauses.
- Excellent drafting skills
